New Business

Many of our clients are new businesses, and of course we were ourselves!

- Help you decide which business structure suits you and therefore the most tax efficient choice.

- Get you up and running with the relevant bodies (HMRC and Companies House) and enrolled for all taxes (Payroll, VAT etc).

- You may wish to do your book-keeping in house, whether excel will do or a cloud package is more appropriate we can help set up a system you can use or, if you prefer, we can take care of that for you in house.

- We provide a personal service and you can pick up the phone and speak to us as often as you need to help guide you through those early days.

- We will monitor your tax position throughout the year and provide an annual dividend review if appropriate.
